Shipping Policies
We offer Free Shipping for all orders within the 50 United States.
Shipping outside of the United States is $120.00. Further information
regarding international orders can be found
here. We ship all products
under $50,000 with UPS 2-day ground, fully insured for
no additional cost. For any piece priced over $50,000,
we will ship at no extra charge with
Dunbar Armored Air. If you order before 3pm Eastern Standard Time on
a business day, you can expect your item within 5 business
days. For orders placed on a holiday, weekend, or after
3pm EST on a regular business day, your order will be
processed the following business morning. Please note that
if you would like an item shipped to an alternate
address, you must contact your bank or credit card company to
verify this alternate address and be sure that they have it on file. We
at the Stein Diamonds Family insist on this to protect you from fraud.
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an automatically
generated email with your tracking number so that you can check when
your package will arrive. Signatures are required for all packages sent
from Stein Diamonds. If you are unavailable to sign for the package on
the day of initial delivery, the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) will
make multiple attempts to deliver.
Upon receipt of your package, please inspect the package
for damage or tampering. If you suspect or notice anything
unusual, please do not sign for the package and contact
us immediately. Also note, that for security purposes,
your package with be shipped with the sender marked
as "Stein."
