Steindiamonds is proud to offer a full lifetime upgrade on selected Stein Diamonds loose diamonds. Stein Diamonds will issue full purchase price credit on loose diamonds and allow lifetime upgrades. Please feel free to contact Stein Diamonds to see if the diamond you purchased with us is eligible for the lifetime upgrade program.

To upgrade your diamond, you can send the diamond and original certificate to our Los Angeles office, and you will receive credit for the price for your diamond applied towards a new diamond purchase. There is no limit on the number of times you can upgrade your diamond and there is no restocking fee.

For example, if your original diamond was purchased for $3,500 and you would like to upgrade to a diamond which is $4,500, you only pay the difference of $1,000.

In some instances, a diamond may have incurred damage, through daily wear. We will accept the diamond back, deducting the cost of polishing and reshaping.
