might change their minds. For such times, we offer a hassle-free, 30-day
money back guarantee on any non-Special Order Items. If you are not
satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the
item for a refund in accordance with our guidelines below. The refund
issued will be the full amount paid for the item minus the shipping and
handling charges incurred by Stein Diamonds when initially
shipping your order.

Return and Exchange Policy
Stein Diamonds is confident that you will enjoy any merchandise
purchased from us. In the event that you need to return or exchange any
of the merchandise you ordered, please read below for information on
how we can further assist you
A return authorization is required prior to returning any merchandise.
This authorization can be obtained either by email or telephone
communication. Please call 1-888-666-6508, or email us at
info@steindiamonds.com.
Return authorizations must be requested within 30 days of ordering
the merchandise When Stein Diamonds receives any returned merchandise,
our Quality Assurance Department will review the merchandise to be sure
that it is in 'New and Unused Condition.' This implies that there are no
scratches, marks, or blemishes; the security tags are still attached;
and the item has not been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept
the return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
Please be sure to include any and all documentation that you received
with the product, including a copy of the invoice. Returns will not be
honored without all accompanying documentation and original merchandise
packaging
If you would like to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from the time
the order is placed to cancel without penalty.
Exchanges receive 100% credit towards any future purchase.
All products are subject to a full refund minus the shipping fees.
Special Order Items include all Eternity Bands and Custom Made Items
and any rings in sizes smaller than 4.5 and larger than 8.5.Upon receiving
your Special Order Item, if you are not completely satisfied, you must
contact Stein Diamonds within 2 business days(Monday-Friday) from receipt
of package in order to receive a refund minus the shipping fees. Special Order
Items are subject to a 9% restocking fee after the 2 day grace period has ended.
We do reserve the right to refuse any order.
If you are shipping to an address that is different from your billing
address on file with your credit card company, you must add your
shipping address as a secondary address before we will ship your
merchandise. For your security, billing and shipping addresses will be
verified with your credit card company prior to shipment of any
merchandise. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses
because a signature is needed for acquiring any packages sent from
Stein Diamonds.
All Stein Diamonds merchandise is shipped via UPS and is fully insured.
By entering into a purchasing agreement with Stein Diamonds, you are
agreeing that in the event of any damage or loss during shipment, you
will process an insurance claim with the shipping carrier to recover
your losses. You also agree to not perform a credit card chargeback to
recover such a loss.
In the event that you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, you
must contact our customer service department within 3 days of receipt
of the merchandise.
When a refund is issued, it will be in the original form of payment,
except for wire transfers, which will be refunded by a company check.
By purchasing any merchandise from Stein Diamonds, you are agreeing
to all of the terms of our Return and Exchange Policy.
Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping to all customers in the 50 United States. We do
not ship internationally at this time. As soon as any order is shipped,
you can expect to receive a tracking number via the email address that
you provided us with. The UPS website can offer you up to the minute
information on the status of the shipment of your package. A signature
will be required for any orders that Stein Diamonds ships.
We ship all products under $50,000 with UPS 2-day ground, fully-insured
at no additional cost. For any piece priced over $50,000, we will ship
at no extra charge with Dunbar Armored Air. If you order any item under
$8,000 or a non-custom item, you can expect to receive a tracking
number within 3-5 business days. For any Special Order Items, items over
$8,000, or custom made items, you can expect to receive a tracking
number within 3-10 business days. For orders placed on a holiday,
weekend, or after 3pm EST on a regular business day, your order will be
processed the following business morning. Please note that if you would
like an item shipped to an alternate address, you will most likely need
to verify this alternate address with your bank or credit card. We at
the Stein Diamonds Family insist on this to protect you from fraud.
If you would like to request expedited shipping on any order, please
call us at 866-743-9817 after placing your order online so that we can
make a note of it and charge your credit card the applicable fees.
Upon receipt of your package, please inspect the package for damage or
tampering. If you suspect or notice anything unusual, please do not
sign for the package and contact us immediately. Also note, that for
security purposes, your package with be shipped with the sender marked as
"Stein."
Payment Methods and Sales Tax
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
American Express. We also offer a 1.5% discount for Bank Wires.
Directions for paying with bank wires will be emailed to you after your
order has been placed online.
Standard California State Sales tax of 8.25% applies to all California
orders. Orders to all other locations are not subject to sales tax.
Customer Privacy
In order to insure the security of our customers, all transactions are
processed on a secure server. Every credit card purchase is thoroughly
analyzed by Stein Diamonds for fraud indicators prior to processing the
order. Any orders that have one or more potential fraud indications
(e.g., different billing and shipping addresses, high dollar amount
purchases) may be cancelled. In this event, the customer will be
notified via the email address provided on file. To prevent
cancellation or delays in processing your order, we strongly recommend you contact
us by email or telephone after placing your order at service@steindiamonds.com.
Orders
When completing an order, customers must provide Stein Diamonds with
their contact information, such as name, shipping address, as well as
billing information, which we use to process the order. If we have
difficulty processing an order, we use this contact information to get
in touch with you to rectify the situation.
