The first time I visited Steins, I was very skeptical. I found them on the Internet, and I schedule an appointment to go see them when I was in Los Angeles. They treated me like a valued customer, or patient in showing me my options, and offered me a very fair price for my preowned Rolex. I was still skeptical, so I brought my purchase to a master jeweler in my own state, and it appraised for even more then they had appraised it for me at Steins. I was so impressed, that I bought one for my wife's Rolex from them a couple years later. At that point, my trust was so high, that I simply or did it over the Internet and allow them to ship it to me. They even got my order to me in a crunch on the day before Christmas.

Actually Chelsea Lage- but I call her handler because she handles all my watch requirements with professionalism and grace at once. I purchased 2 Rolex watches on a limited budget. And she chose exactly what I wanted! And when I'm down she hears it in my voice and cheers me up. If I choose other items she will say"I know your taste, I don't think you will like that- let me find something I know you will like" . And in a few days she indeed finds just what I knew I wanted. I found a Rolex on their website at a great price. I do not live anywhere near LA (I am in the midwest) so I did a considerable amount of research before contacting them. After reading many reviews, etc., I decided to order the watch. When I received the watch, I examined every bit of it. It was exactly as promised. I still have not found a better price for the same watch and it is in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend them.

Purchased a Rolex at a very competitive price and received 2 days after dealing with sales rep. Sales rep answered all my questions and provided excellent service in handling paperwork and shipment of watch.

I was shopping for a three stone diamond ring for my wife for our 25th anniversary. I chose Stein based on internet reviews and location. I made an appointment with Paris (she was awesome) and with her expert help, I chose a stone and setting exceeding five figures. Needless to say, I was nervous, but Paris and staff took the time to explain the "four c's" and helped me pick a a fantastic stone and setting. I had done my homework and knew that she was being honest and forthcoming with all info. There were no surprises whatsoever. Communication, service and commitment was excellent and they did what they said they'd do. What more can you ask for. While I knew that their appraisal was too high, I took the ring to one of the foremost independent appraisers in LA and he still appraised it for $3500.00 more than I paid. My wife cried.

We purchased a diamond necklace cross online as a Xmas gift for our Mother. In looking around at the malls there just was not a great selection and anything i would be expecting for the price range we were looking at. So while looking online i found the Stein Diamonds website and we found the selection and prices to be much larger and nicer. When we received the necklace it was as nice as I could picture, and packaged very nicely to give as a gift. All that being said, unfortunately when we gave the gift to my Mother it was not her desired style she would have picked. We were obviously a little disappointed however we were aware that Stein offers a 30 day money back guarantee. After calling and speaking with an individual named Shaun, I told him what happened and he said that it was no problem and gave me instructions on sending the item back, and when they received the item they would refund the purchase. Following his instructions, I sent the item back and when they received it back on the very same day (I had a tracking label) they refunded in full my purchase. I was sad that the item we picked out for our Mother wasn't to her liking, however I was extremely happy in my dealings with Stein in both my purchase and return process. They were with me all the way helping me thru both processes without any hassle. I look forward to doing business again with them soon! I highly recommend working with them!

Stein Diamonds has a huge selection of all kinds of different types of diamond jewelry. It's like heaven for a girl. :) The staff at Stein Diamonds is super friendly and really helps you with what you're looking for. The owners of Stein Diamonds even came out to greet me when I went in there and they made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. I visited various Jewelers looking for someone who could make a custom engagement ring with a family heirloom ruby as a center stone. I was looking for two matching very white and sparkly rectangular shaped radiant cut diamonds to flank my ruby. Almost every jeweler I visited in downtown tried to tell me it was too hard to find matching radiant cut stones and tried to push other shaped stones on me that were not at all what I was looking for and were also much smaller than what I was looking for. Kia at Stein was the only jeweler I came across who was willing to take a little time to find me the stones I wanted and was willing to work within our budget. I just recieved my finished rings and my breath was literally taken away when I saw the final results. My custom 3 stone halo ring and matching eternity band turned out more amazing and beautiful than I had envisioned. Stein diamonds took my vision and created a one of a kind masterpiece that I simply can't stop staring at. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are superb. They even added diamonds on the sides of the ring and prongs... a detail I had wanted but didn't ask for. I am so happy I chose Stein diamonds and am beyond thrilled with my rings. I am a very very happy customer who now can't stop staring at her hand all day long.

For my five year anniversary I redesigned my engagement ring. Karmela helped me every step of the way throughout the design process to make sure it would be exactly what I envisioned.
