Stein Diamonds does not assess duties for international order and they are subsequently subject to applicable customs, import duties, and taxes. Return Policy

Domestic Orders:

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee and all US order if order is returned in the same condition it was received. Custom and/or Specialty Orders are non-refundable, please see our complete Return Policy for more details.

International Orders:

All international orders are final and thus non-refundable.

Taxes :

California Orders:

Stein Diamonds is required by law to collect sales taxes on all orders delivered in California. The sales tax rate will be calculated based on the local jurisdictions' sales tax rate.

Out of State Orders:

Stein Diamonds, at moment, will collect sales tax from the following states: Arizona, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, and Washington. All preowned watches have been fully authenticated and overhauled by a certified Rolex watchmaker. It comes with a Stein Diamond 5 Year warranty which covers any manufacturing defaults as well as a discounted price for regular maintenance. Upgrade to a lifetime warranty is available for preowned watches for $250 dollars.
